Protiva Service

Protiva Service is the app for everyone who works on rental properties in the Netherlands: plumbers, electricians, heating engineers, cleaners, key managers, gardeners, contractors and handymen. All your jobs, from all your clients, in one list — with the address, the report, the photos and the appointment included. WHAT YOU DO WITH IT • Accept or decline a job, with a reason. • Track your progress: I'm on it, waiting for parts, done. • Submit a quote — amount, lead time and validity — and revise it if the landlord has questions. • Suggest time slots to the tenant, or confirm the appointment that's already scheduled. • Take photos on the job and send a message: to the landlord only, or to everyone on the request. • Mark a job as done — and undo that if you were too quick. • View your schedule by month, including work that doesn't have a date yet. ON LOCATION • The address, with directions to get there. • The property information the landlord has recorded: where the fuse box is, where the main valve is, what you need to know before you start. • The access codes — alarm, key safe, gate, entrance — visible only on the day you're scheduled and not beyond. Every time a code is viewed, that's logged. YOUR OWN DETAILS Company name, chamber of commerce and VAT number, IBAN and the fields you work in. Fill them in once and they're instantly on file with all your clients. WHAT IT COSTS Nothing. The app is free for contractors: no in-app purchases, no subscription, no ads. Your landlord pays for Protiva, not you. HOW TO GET STARTED You receive an email invitation from a landlord or manager who works with Protiva. You set your own password and then work with your own account. If you work for multiple landlords, all that work comes together in that same account. Everything you can do in the app, you can also do on your computer at pro.protiva.eu. SECURE AND PRIVATE Log in with two-factor authentication or a passkey, plus app lock with Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN. Protiva runs entirely within the EU (AWS Frankfurt).
