I don’t know if it’s only a bug on Brave, but sometimes if I sign in using autofill the screen freezes for a second and then finishes. It’d be great if that gets fixed, but overall a great password manager! 🤩
Improve the UI
The UI navigation experience should be improved to make it more refined and engaging to use. Right now it feels very confusing with the choice of icons and color scheme.

Poorly designed and not user friendly. They assume you know what they do when it comes to securing your online presence. Tip: WE DO NOT!!!

Excellent cross platform password manager which enables me to log into my services from a PC one Apple Mark or multiple Mark accounts all at the same time. I love it.
バグ？
・全ての保管庫で検索してるのに一部の検索結果した表示されない事がある。一度そのデータが含まれた保管庫を開くと見えるようになる。何かバグってそう。
・Safariからパスワード入力で開く際にログインのデータが全件出ない事がある。開き直すと全件出る。
・パスキー登録時にProton Passが反応しないこともあったり、まだまだ使い勝手は 1Passwordに劣る。
がんばってほしい。

Useful and secure
I’ve been using proton pass for ages and it’s perfect for what it is. I recommend.
Good, but sometimes unreliable
The app works pretty well for the most part, but there are times when the autofill function doesn’t work and for some reason the keyboard won’t appear when needed to input text into fields which makes for a frustrating experience. I’m going to give them a bit longer to get their act together and if things don’t change I’ll likely end my subscription.

Very glad I switched to Proton Pass from previous password manager.
- ✅ Functionality: excellent. Passwords can be organised into groups; private note section; email alias creation; biometric access. Everything you'd expect + nice extras, eg for ooccasional website that won't auto-fill, Proton Pass helpfully designed its copy/paste process with fewer clicks than others.
- ⛔️Privacy: it's Proton. So it's private. That's why I pay.
- ➡️ Importing from other apps: ingested all Dashlane passwords and Notes seamlessly.
- ⚖️Stability: excellent. Not a single crash or dysfunction in 2-ish years.
- 👍Ease of use: simple. Up and running in no time.
- 🙋Support: very good compared to most. Excellent online resources, but if individual support still required, they write in plain English and neither patronise nor assume everyone's a tech whizz. Hallelujah.
- 💰Value: excellent. Free tier has (completely reasonable) limitations. Paid tier 💯% worth it.
- 🙏Only gripe: for support I do wish there was a phone option for all Proton apps to save us BOTH time and unnecessary admin if support required!

Easy Peasy
Update, proton pass isn't embedded in the mobile browser. It only sometimes works for apps, so often we'll have to flip back and forth from PP and app/browser to input pw/user.
Proton pass is easy to use and has great functions but it doesn't flow seamlessly into mobile chrome like it does on the your laptop, desktop.

Using a Password Manager has been a game changer
時々候補がでなかったりする
1Passwordがかなり値上がりしたので乗り換えさせてもらったものの、やはりUX的にログイン情報やパスワードリセットを行っても保存されないときがあったり、候補として入力欄に出なかったりする。
とは言え無料で複数端末・ブラウザで同期して使わせてもらえるのでありがたい。ただBitwardenがそのあたりのUX高いなら再乗り換えしようかなぁと検討中。
Appleのパスワードアプリでは縛られたりChrome拡張が微妙だったり、カスタムフィールド入れられなかったりで困るけど、1Passwordは高すぎる。1Passwordよりもっとカジュアルホビー的な200円/月くらいの値段で、もうちょい良いUXなら有料前提の機能制限でも使い続けるかも。
