About
ProtoQuick is a personal protocol reference and field toolkit built for paramedics, EMTs, and AEMTs — designed to get you the right information in seconds, not minutes, when it matters most.
ORGANIZE YOUR PROTOCOLS
Add your agency’s protocols manually, or import an entire PDF protocol book at once using AI-powered parsing — ProtoQuick automatically splits it into individual, searchable protocols tagged by category, age group, and service. Search by drug name, condition, or symptom, not just protocol title.
CODE TIMER WITH METRONOME
Run a code with a live timer, one-tap event logging (compressions, rhythm checks, epi, ROSC, and more), and a built-in 120 BPM compression metronome to help maintain quality CPR. Every session is saved with a full timestamped log you can review afterward.
CERTIFICATION TRACKING
Track your ACLS, PALS, NREMT, state license, and any other certification’s expiration date. ProtoQuick reminds you starting 60 days out — and keeps reminding you until you actually renew it.
YOUR OWN PRIVATE VAULT
Everything you add — protocols, personal notes, code logs, certifications — stays yours. ProtoQuick syncs privately through your own iCloud account, so a new phone doesn’t mean starting over. Nothing is visible to other users or to the developer.
SHARE WITH YOUR CREW
Export protocols to share with another EMS professional directly via AirDrop or Messages — no account required on their end.
HOW PDF IMPORT WORKS
ProtoQuick’s AI-powered PDF import uses your own Anthropic API key (get one free at console.anthropic.com) so there’s no subscription fee for this feature — you only pay Anthropic directly for what you use. Don’t have a key yet? Try the built-in demo import to see exactly how it works with sample data, no key required.
BUILT BY A MEDIC
ProtoQuick was built by an EMS professional who wanted a faster, more organized way to keep protocols on hand — and has grown into a full field toolkit.
IMPORTANT: ProtoQuick is a personal reference and organizational tool. It is not a substitute for your agency’s official, approved protocols, medical direction, or clinical judgment. You are responsible for verifying that any protocol, dosage, or clinical information in the app is accurate and current.
