Roles with years of experience in each, consoles and desks you can operate with your proficiency level, certifications with expiry dates, and past credits. Answer holds from your phone. Accept, decline, or let one lapse. You always see who is asking, for what dates, and at what rate. Block any company you do not want finding you. FOR PRODUCTION Search live availability by role, gear, certification, home airport and date range. Everyone you see is open on the dates you are looking at. Place a hold in seconds. Tier 1, 2 or 3 on the same person for the same dates, so you have a real backup instead of a maybe. Holds move on their own. If someone does not answer inside your response window, the hold lapses and everyone below moves up a tier. Confirm your first choice and every competing hold clears automatically. Keep private notes on crew that only your company can see. Work as a team. Everyone at your company shares the same holds, bookings and notes, with admin and member permission levels so you control who can commit to a booking.
