PROVE IT: Couple Check-Ins

"Trust me" is a sentence. Proof is a fact. PROVE IT is for couples who'd rather settle it than argue about it. One of you asks. The other gets five minutes and proves it — live camera, real location, actual screen. Every answer becomes a proof you both keep. WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR • Dual Snap — both cameras at once, taken right now. Nothing from the gallery. • Proof Video — a short clip with two prompted head moves checked on-device. No face identity or biometric template is created; no pre-recording. • Location — where they are, this minute, on a map. • Recent Route — the last 30 minutes of where they've been. • Room Scan — a guided 360° turn around the room. • Screen Proof — a screen recording of the app you name: WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, or anything you type yourself. • Battery — level and charging, for the "my phone died" classic. FIVE MINUTES. THAT'S IT. Every ask runs on a clock. You watch it go sent, delivered, seen, PROVING… — live. The deadline passes? That's on the record too. No answer is an answer. THE PROOF Every answer is filed as a stamped paper proof: what was asked, when it was seen, how fast it was answered, and what came back. Screenshot it. Post it. NIGHT WATCH Big night out? Set the same ask to repeat — every 30 minutes until 2 AM, or whatever you two agree. They approve the terms once; after that their phone asks on its own. THE RUN Every proof extends your run. "Zero excuses" reads well on both phones. BUILT FOR TWO Everything is mutual: whatever you can ask, they can ask back. Every request and capture is visible — there is no hidden mode and your partner cannot remotely turn on your camera, microphone, screen, or location. Route History is a separate opt-in: while enabled it keeps a short rolling trail on your phone, including in the background, and sends it only when you choose to answer a route request. Declining is always allowed and never breaks the run. Either of you can end the pair, which removes the pair's shared server data; each phone remains in control of its own local receipt history. MEMBERSHIP One membership covers both of you — the subscriber invites, the partner joins free. • PROVE IT Pro — Annual: $29.99/year, with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the trial ends (or at confirmation of purchase without one). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings — Settings → your name → Subscriptions. PRIVACY Camera, microphone, and screen captures are user-initiated, with iOS permission controls and recording indicators. The only background location feature is the separately enabled Route History described above; its rolling trail stays on your phone unless you choose to send it in an answer. Proof media, check-in details, notes, and sent locations are stored for delivery to your paired partner and age out from the active service within 30 days. Residual database content is scheduled for removal from disaster-recovery backups when it reaches 30 days; an interrupted rotation is retried. Unpairing removes the pair's shared active-service data, but local receipt records are controlled separately on each phone.
