Waste of time
Trying to create an account is impossible and if you call for help they don’t even know what to do. Please fix the app immediately for the sake of patients.

I hate using this service, they cancelled my ride for the 5th time in a row. So done!

It is so much easier to set up your rides on here and not calling to do so! I recommend highly to use the app and don’t call!!

Autistic with serious phone aversion. Thought this app was the answer...except it says my address is an invalid pickup location?
I checked it in the settings aaaand...there's no space between the road and the city (ROAD NAME SW,CITY NAME).
Plus the app appears to have zero way of editing your address once the app is set up (so what happens if you move???). I literally cannot even schedule my very first insurance ride. Not sure what to do now.

Worse app ever
All the dates are blocked it only has October but I don’t need October
Buggy app
App is too buggy. I can’t even see the rides if they have been accepted or not. I just see a blank screen. I guess I can’t get rides to my appointments. I hope they don’t send the rides out and I no show since the app makes this inaccessible and is unusable

Simple to use to set up your ride
Frustrating and Useless
I have UHC and I use this app to book rides to and from my appointments but it’s been everything but easy and convenient. I scheduled a ride and it was denied and my return ride is super late I’ve been waiting for hours it’s currently 12:21 pm on Friday 05/23/2025 and I’ve been ready since 10:30am. I arrived at early as well at 9:20am my appointment wasn’t until 10am. Complete mess and waste of time. Next time I’ll just pay for a REAL uber ride.

Not a helpful app
If i could give zero stars for the app i would. It will not accept your member I.D number, and will tell you what number to call for help. However when i called the number there is no option you can select for someone to help you with the app.
Pretty simple
Seemed pretty easy to request my ride and got my notification less than a day later that the ride was scheduled. Thanks

I have deleted app and redownloaded several times. I get nothing but error.

Please Fix This App
It doesn’t let you see the rides you’ve scheduled anymore. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still isn’t working.

Stopped working all of a sudden
Never have I’ve been logged out of an app before. This happened two days ago. Says my password is wrong. I wrote my password down so I know it is right. Tried to reset my password but I never got an email for the reset code. There is no technical support for this app. Provide a ride says wait until 2025 Seriouslyyy!!!!!!

I am personally on Medicare however the kids are on Medicaid. When I try to use their members if it never works.

So I get on the app to remind my hubby of today’s transportation times and it was blocked out with a notice of the app being outdated and I needed to update it. Problem is, I hit to update and it takes me here with nothing and nowhere to update it. Not the first time I’ve had issues with provide a ride. My hubby had an important medical appointment and the ride we scheduled through them never showed. So I went to them through messenger and told them and while I said a few things, nothing threatening just frustrated because he needed to get to that appointment, I not only didn’t get a message back from them but I got BLOCKED from going through messenger to them! Seriously considering looking elsewhere

Another waste of govt dollars because somebody got paid to create this piece of junk app that doesn’t function, period!

It’s telling me I have to update the app, however it won’t even allow me to update it…
