Provika - Evidence Dashcam

Record traffic violations with evidence you can actually submit. Provika is a tamper-proof dashcam built from the ground up for public-interest reporting. Every frame carries a burned-in timestamp and GPS coordinate — no retouching possible after the fact. Every file is SHA-256 hashed and signed with your iPhone's Secure Enclave, so authorities and reviewers can independently verify that the footage has not been altered. The video (.mov) with burned-in overlays 2. A sidecar JSON with start/end timestamps, the GPS track, SHA-256 hash, digital signature, and the public key required to verify it This dual-record structure makes it far harder for anyone to claim the footage was edited or fabricated — the hash commits to the pixel-exact bytes of the video, and the signature commits to the hash. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Provika never uploads your footage. There is no cloud sync, no analytics, no account system. Videos stay in the app's Documents folder and only leave your device when you explicitly share or save them. The signing key is generated inside the Secure Enclave on first launch and never leaves it. BUILT FOR KOREAN CIVIL REPORTING Full Korean localization, Korean-style date and time formats, and a file layout tailored for 국민신문고 and 경찰청 civil-interest reporting submissions. ORIENTATION THAT MATCHES REALITY The UI stays locked in portrait so the record button is always right where you expect. The recording itself uses your device's orientation at the moment you press record — landscape recording from a landscape grip, portrait from portrait — and stays locked to that orientation for the rest of the clip, just like iOS Camera.
