Very helpful

I was able to report a sidewalk issue that has been bothering me for years, but didn’t know how to let the city know. I added photos and a description and now I can see a dot on the map where my issue is. I hope the city checks these regularly, but as far as the app goes, it was very easy to use with no bugs or issues.
