Great tool for managing a business

I’ve been using ProWorkflow to run my business for 3 years. It’s good tool for managing my team, scheduling resources and billing clients. The App is a simplified version of the desktop view and works well.

Outdated

Worked well when trialling PWF in 2014. However since becoming user in 2015 the app has become increasingly problematic with iOS updates. Since iOS8 the app has been unstable and with an iPhone 5 and beyond it only fills a portion of the screen.
A major concern that the app hasn't been updated since 2010 and competitors are now excelling with theirs. PWF needs to update this app or bring out a new one to stay competitive.

Needs update

Hasn't been updated in years.

Dead app

This app has not been updated in 5 years! Shame as the web based software is very good. If you want to use proworkflow and need a mobile app I would look else where. Does not work on iPhone 6

Doesn't work properly!Very buggy!

I'm deciding on using PWF for my business.I really like the web version, but I was very disappointed when using the app.It is full of bugs and nothing works properly. App hangs and crashes after the push of any button. Not surprising since the app hasn't been updated for last 5 years.I was 90% sure to use proworkflow. But now I have more doubts about the quality of their products and its supports.
Companies rely on this software to manage their business and projects. It's very risky to rely on something forgotten for 5 years and not working.Despite the reviews from other users Proworkflow ignores the problem and seems not to care at all.

Out of date. Useless.

This app hasn't been updated since mid-2010. It doesn't function correctly on iOS 8 and freezes constantly.

I love the ProWorkflow web app but this mobile app is useless - which is a pity considering how much I depend on mobile apps usually.

Meh

Was so excited to try this out. It's okay for monitoring things if you're away from your computer but it's so limited in its capabilities. Was really hoping to be able to use it to manage new project request when I'm out of the office but that feature isn't offered

Can't even get it to open

Completely freezes if I try to log in. iPhone 6 - iOS 8.

Communication with Team & Clients

Thus far I have been unable to find any way to actually communicate with my team or clients through this app, making this virtually useless as an actual productivity tool. The app would not work with the Trial, so I was unable to actually test it out until we paid for the service. Very disappointed. Running iPhone 4S.

Great on desktop, terrible for mobile

I love the desktop version. Been using this product for years. However, they have yet to optimize it for the iPhone 5, you can't view any of the messages on the app, and they have yet to produce and ipad app rendering this software basically useless if you're looking to utilize technology while on the road. I still have to drag my laptop along, ask my client or prospect for access to their wifi just so I can update tasks etc. I really hope the developers read this as I'm looking at switching over Liquid Planner in the very near future, and they cost more! Hurry up and develop a useful app PWF! I would love to be able to quote out projects on the app. Although I do find the quote section on the web a lot of work just to create one. They should take some hints from Quickbooks on how to make quoting easy! I switched back to only using Quickbooks for quoting. The web based version has come along way since I first started using it, but the app has stayed the same for years...

remove this app

this app has been replaced with a mobile web version and has not been supported for three years - it is full of bugs and does not work - it should be removed from the app store !!!!!

Web app

Proworkflow has shifted the focus of their mobile efforts to a web app. It is fantastic. Go to your URL/m in safari and add it to your home screen. It's the best pm mobile interface I've seen even over the big names like Attask or work etc or Mavenlink... You get the point.

Does not work

Don't waste your time with this one.

Disappointed to say the least

I am a pwf subscribed user. Although I am a fan of the web interface I am greatly disappointed with the mobile app. It is sub par and is miles away from the competition. Hopefully pwf takes a closer look and rewrites the whole thing.

Love it!

It is the iPhone App of the ProWorkflow Job Management System. Same as your Facebook App. You need to have an account first, of course.
I use ProWorkflow for my work and it is fantastic. And this app is a great help for me. I can create projects and tasks for my staff right on the meeting with the client! Great work, guys!

Proworkflow

Would be ok if app would recognise the correct username, URL and password. I keep getting incorrect log in message. Passwords work fine on lap top etc.

No Advanced Plan Support

I would like to use this product on my iPhone as my company uses the ProWorkFlow Advanced plan, which is the top-of-the-line plan. However, the iPhone app only supports the middle plan, Professional.

Thanks PWF!!!

Awesome free app, hooks us in even more! :)

Great!

Have been looking for something just like this for a long time. I finally found it, great interface etc BUT I am not impressed with the pricing fees. Would have given 5 stars if the pricing was more reasonable. Plus, I don't agree with having to pay the same fee for each user. Otherwise it's a fantastic tool with well thought of integrated features both on PC and iPhone.

Not bad ... Few extras needed

Styling is great. However, I think it misses some key functions for a mobile app. I want to be able to use this app when I am on the train back from a client for example - so I want to be able to enter my expenses for the train and any mileage, and I want to retrospectively add time to tasks for the last few days when I have a minute. However, you can't add expenses, and you can't add retrospective time - who remembers to start the timer?!
