Very helpful and easy to use
I just started using ProxiClose a few days ago and I’m already really liking it. It’s very simple to use and it makes it a lot easier to stay on top of multiple deals at the same time.
One thing that really impressed me is how the artificial intelligence extracts and organizes the information from the contract. At the beginning you just select the document, upload it (or even take a picture of it), and the app does the work for you by pulling out the important information and deadlines.
What I like most is that everything for each transaction is organized in one place. I can keep my documents there and quickly see the important information for the deal, including contacts like the title company, buyer, seller, and the other agent. Before this, I was always jumping between iCloud folders, emails, text messages, and different documents trying to find something.
Now I can just open the deal and everything is there. It definitely saves time and avoids a lot of unnecessary stress from searching for documents or information.
It’s also great when sharing with clients. When I share the deal with buyers and sellers it looks much more organized and professional, and it’s honestly a lot easier for them to understand and use than the new Critical Dates form that was recently introduced.
