We made crowding info more trustworthy and the app a little less pushy: • Crowding levels are now calculated from official ridership data from Metrô, CPTM, and ViaMobilidade — more accurate than ever. • Community reports now show up much faster, and you can confirm what other riders are seeing with a single tap. • The line view now shows how many people reported crowding at a station, with easier-to-read icons. • After you send a report, you'll see how many other riders reported that same station today. • Rating prompts now show up at better moments — no more interruptions the second you open the app. Have a great trip!
