Waste of time

I used to be a member of ProZ when this company had a glimpse of facilitating the networking and furthering the profession. Instead, over the years it has become the facilitator of poor quality and exploitation of the profession. Spending an hour or so to respond to a post for a chance to compete to translate a birth certificate for a few dollars, if you are lucky to get chosen- this just doesn’t make sense. The company is a failed attempt to replicate uber in respect to interpreters and translators. It downgrades the profession and undervalues the service we bring to community. In summary, the place is a rate dumping marketplace that has very little to do with the actual market. Disappointing.

I have recently installed this app on my iPhone x which has the latest update. But unfortunately it freezes on the logo and not moving forward.
