Doesn’t seem to work if you have Paessler hosting your environment. Errors out when trying to put in the hosted URL

As of 2/2026, does not support SSO. This was reported by others as far back as 2021.

Font size way too small

Font size way too small on iPhone. I made iPhone font size larger but PRTG does not make use of it. Unreadable it’s so small

No longer works

They stopped updating it over a year ago and it no longer works on the latest version of iOS.

Can’t sign in . Tried to submit a complaint to the contact info and it redirected me to their address in Germany . I hope that wasn’t to imply the only way to contact these people . That’s next level garbage if so .
