About

Your shop has thousands of small things: some barcoded, some not, some sold by weight. Having to enter every price and every count before you can make a single sale is why most shopkeepers never start. Pruva Business takes that step out with the Quick Price & Stock screen. BARCODE OR NOT, A PRODUCT IS A PRODUCT Bread and cheese, a tray of screws, buttons and thread, pens, a shelf of toys, loose sweets — type the name and it is a product. No barcode to find, no label to stick, no extra step. A stationer or a haberdasher with a thousand unbarcoded odds and ends works here exactly like a grocery. BARCODED ITEMS TYPE THEMSELVES Hold the camera to a barcode and the name usually comes up already filled in, because a shopkeeper somewhere entered it before you. You check it and save. PRICE AND STOCK LATER, ALL ON ONE SCREEN Put your products in now and leave the price and the count empty. When you get a quiet half hour, Quick Price & Stock lays out everything still missing in a single list and you fill it all in one pass — without opening products one by one, without hunting through the list. OR TAKE IT TO THE SHELF ON PAPER Print that same list on A4, put it in your apron and walk the aisles with a pen. Write the prices and counts by hand, the way you always have. Photograph the sheet when you are done and the numbers go into the app by themselves. Nothing is typed twice. LET IT LEARN AT THE COUNTER When a product you have not priced yet is scanned at the counter, the app does not stop you. It asks for the price once, you type it, the sale carries on and that price is saved for good. After two busy weeks the things you actually sell have priced themselves. DON'T WANT TO ENTER THEM ONE BY ONE? If you already keep your products in an Excel sheet, move them all into your inventory in one tap. If the import breaks halfway it undoes itself; you are never left with half a list. You can export just as easily — products, sales and an accounting summary, whenever you want. Your data stays yours. THE COUNTER DOESN'T STOP Every sale is written to the phone first, so nothing changes when the internet drops or never arrives. Cash, customer tab and split payment; card sales recorded next to the terminal you already use; refunds tied back to their own receipt; a Z report you can print or send as PDF. THE NOTEBOOK BY THE REGISTER Regulars who settle at the end of the month no longer need a paper book. Who owes what, what they bought, what they have paid. When it is due a reminder reaches your phone, the WhatsApp message opens ready, and sending it is up to you. WHOEVER IS AT THE COUNTER Every employee gets a code of their own and only the permissions you grant. Who sees the takings, who changes a price, who gives a refund — you decide. THE REST • Loose goods sold by weight, at a price per kilo • Low stock warned from one percentage you set once, not a number typed per product • VAT per category, so food and cleaning products differ without touching every item • Several shops on one account, each with its own figures • Your devices stay in step whenever you are online In 61 languages, with the currency taken from where your shop actually is. Free for the launch, no card needed. Our founding shopkeepers keep Pruva Business free for good. After that, at a price the smallest shop can carry without thinking about it — that is what Pruva Business is for.
