RUN FAR AWAY FROM THSI APP
This app is garbage. It never works, it’s still not accurate with my information after a year (insert eye roll) and it literally has errors constantly. When reached out for support there is a lack of anything anyone seems to be able to do except try to justify the extremely large subscription price (which is one time and not monthly). Greedy and shady.

No updated
This app works when it wants to. It will not alert you to updated information. It will not refresh itself. By the time you know that new information is out it is usually hours later and you have to go in the app to refresh and then the sales are usually over.
Stuck
It get stuck on location settings and I can't get past the screen
Very Underdeveloped
The app crashes all the time and rarely updates current progress. I am pretty easy to get along with … and I love Pruvit! Such an innovative company and to have such a poor app to keep track of important information I just get frustrated. But I’m sure they are working hard on some huge new technology to blow my mind and the website will be a distant thought ❤️

Not working right!
This app is not user friendly it doesn’t let me order easy and being on auto ship it doesn’t let me change my order or date of delivery and everything is always out of stock and being sold elsewhere for higher the cost please fix this

How do I get this junk app off my phone
Constant notifications! I have tried to delete the app numerous times and can’t get it off my phone.
Flaws
It’s unfortunate that many notifications come after the sales or after the “guest zooms” occur. Every time I hear the notification, it’s after the fact.
Love the app but it needs an update
I love this app and I would love to keep using it however I never get the pulse alerts on time and my rank hasn’t updated in the app in over a week. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app several times it doesn’t help.
Great app when it works
It sticks for days so you can’t count on this app to inform you of customers or sales. There is no update due however I haven had notifications in days and that’s normal.

NEEDS FIXED Don’t get notifications
I am not getting notifications even though I have it turned on. Looks like this is a common problem. FIX THIS PLEASE. The only way I start getting notifications is if I delete the app off my phone and re-install it. This is a regular occurrence (at least every couple of days).

INFORMATIVE BUT DOESN’T ALWAYS WORK
I love this prove it app it is so informative and helps me know when the specials are going. The company promotes their product and gives a lot of great recipes and let you know exactly what’s going on.
However, I am not getting any notification updates on my phone even though it is turned on for notifications. And often times now I’m not even getting the new Messages from the company on specials till one or two days later. It’s as if it does not like to update. I hope this is resolved soon because I love using this app and I can’t get enough of my key tones
