Why can’t I add multiple payment options? I don’t always use the same card to pay online so I’d like to add more than one payment option. I logged in on the website thinking I could maybe do it there, but no, I can’t.
Email field too short for auto pay option
I couldn’t set up auto pay on this app because I have a slightly longer email than normal (this email is linked to everything I do so I can’t just get a new email) and it won’t fit into the email field. I’ve never had this issue with any app or website so I don’t really understand why the character limit is as small as it is.

Still needed time to bake
This app is a headache to use. The explanation pop ups need a toggle because I KNOW ALREADY. The outage report used to have more detail where I could see about where the outages were and could tell when they were getting to me. No one likes a two finger scroll. No one. But I guess I can pay my bill with it. I’ve seen it done better than this version. PLEASE think of fixing it for people that know what to do.

Can’t login. Force closes every time.
When I open the app it reads my Face ID and then it force closes straight to my phones Home Screen. I can’t manually login either. Please fix it. It was working fine.
Can’t log in
I’ve had this app a while and have never had trouble. Now I can’t log in and it says Face ID then goes right back to Home Screen on my phone over and over
Too many pop ups
I’m already logged in and have to wait for a pop up to load telling me how to log in. Then I accept that and get to the next pop up telling me about being five days late when I’m not. I accept that. Both of those are unnecessary. Do better. Those pop ups should just be two sentences on the main screen at most. These are slowing down logging in and paying my bill.

App updated and no longer works
I have used this app for years to pay my bill. It has recently been updated and now it doesn’t work. I have deleted and reinstalled…. And have the same issue. It won’t even connect to anything and just says to retry.

Please Make Adjustment For Multiple Accounts
I would like to be able to add multiple accounts. I have 2 accounts for separate areas and I wish I could pay them both on the app but it will only let me add one account.
Hope to see this coop help build community
Wish they would set me up with solar and work with fiber optic companies for rural internet users like me.
