iPad issues
I can only play for maybe 10 minutes on my iPad before the video quality starts to deteriorate so bad the game becomes unpalatable. It often freezes soon afterwards. Maybe itโs just the game No Manโs Sky. If that issue ever gets fixed, Iโll give it a 5.

Do better
As loyal as Iโve been to PlayStation, their insistence on switching to digital only shows a disrespect for their client base that I canโt tolerate. I was looking forward to playing Kingdom Hearts 4 on my preferred system, but unless they reverse their decision it seems like Iโll have to get a Switch 2 before then.

Wonโt connect
Unfortunately my app wonโt connect to my PS5. I keep getting the connection error message

this irritates me so badly it literally disconnects every 5 minutes and I canโt even play games properly and I receive like 30-40fps or even lower
Touchpad issue
For the love of god fix the touchpad feature. It gets stuck on every game play on my phone. Do better!

I donโt really like this app because I donโt know how to play on my mobile I use this app is not working and I search it up on YouTube. Itโs still not working.
Absolutely terrible
I have tried this multiple times when going out of town and it never works. If itโs not one thing itโs another, like this time I get an error code and it turns out most of the time home WiFi just blocks the connection. And the only way to fix it is to actually mess with the port numbers in the WiFi settings. Every time I try to troubleshoot the tell me to have access to ps5s WiFi. BUT IM ALWAYS OUT OF TOWN WHEN IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED SO WHATS THE POINT. The only time this app has ever worked is when I donโt need it to work. Truly disappointing.

Did something happen
Iโve been playing with this app for about a year, at first it was amazing.
But for these past three or four months when I use the app, my right Trigger (R2) just completely stops responding whether I use the controller or try to push it on the phone.
This has made things rather inconvenient because I play a lot of games where the main action button is R2.
Please fix it and the app would be amazing again.

I was on a road trip and Iโm trying to play my PS5 while we are on the trip. It wonโt even let me do it while weโre on the trip. I have to go to my house. Turn on remote playing too much work. BTW, the ride was eight hours
