Please address connectivity issues on remote play
I enjoy when I can play remote play, but I have issues with the connectivity, but I’m trying to mirror from my phone to TV. It’s a little bit laggy. I also have the issue of not being able to use remote play at all if I have NAT type 3. Even if I play on NAT type 2 I have a lot of problems overall it’s a latency issue, which I feel I could easily be connected to the servers, not getting proper delay, feedback or latency control issues fixed entirely truly hope to see improvement in the future as a lot of times at work. It’s more convenient for me to play on my phone instead of bringing me in the console.

Does not work on any phone that I have found not iPhone not galaxy not anything honestly from anyone that I know that tried to use this app this app is literally useless unless you’re connected to the same Wi-Fi, which is pointless because if I’m in my house, why do I need to remote play my PlayStation?

Every time I try to connect it manually it tells me to connect to the same wifi network as the ps when they’re both already connected to the same network

Of course Sony releases half built things. Especially after going to war with people about not owning digital games when they spend money on them. This application constantly crash.

Impossible to login. My phone is where qr code can be scanned but it always ask my phone to scan the QR code on my phone itself and email route go back to the same QR code scan. Simply a dead end loop

this app is horrible and has always been horrible and the developers know it, and just don’t care. this app is incapable of doing anything you want to do on your ps5 besides browsing netflix. if it can even find your ps5 because 99% of the time it wont connect to a console it is literally 5 feet from. what a joke

My PlayStation4 is connected to the same WiFi as my phone and it continues to not connect even manually continues not to connect
iPad issues
I can only play for maybe 10 minutes on my iPad before the video quality starts to deteriorate so bad the game becomes unpalatable. It often freezes soon afterwards. Maybe it’s just the game No Man’s Sky. If that issue ever gets fixed, I’ll give it a 5.

Do better
As loyal as I’ve been to PlayStation, their insistence on switching to digital only shows a disrespect for their client base that I can’t tolerate. I was looking forward to playing Kingdom Hearts 4 on my preferred system, but unless they reverse their decision it seems like I’ll have to get a Switch 2 before then.
