Prices
Terrible Prices 55.99 PER CARD at least give a deal for 10 submissions. I wouldnโt mind paying $20-$35 per card BUT 55.99?!? Oh no
Not working
App since update doesnโt allow UK users to sign in - keeps stating phone variation failure. Sort this out PSA! Frustrating
THINK TWICE BEFORE SENDING YOUR CARDS TO PSA!
My experience with PSA has been incredibly frustrating. The long turnaround times and disappointing customer service make the entire grading process feel like more trouble than itโs worth. When youโre sending in valuable trading cards and paying for a professional grading service, you expect reasonable wait times, clear communication, and customer support that actually helps when you have questions. Unfortunately, the experience has left me seriously disappointed.
The waiting is one of the biggest problems. Having to wait so long for cards to be graded, with frustratingly little clarity about when the process will actually be finished, is exhausting. If you run into an issue or simply need an update, getting useful answers can feel like another battle entirely. Customers shouldnโt have to spend their time chasing updates about a service theyโve already paid for.
PSA is a major name in card grading, but that doesnโt mean customers should automatically accept long waits and poor support. Reputation means very little when the actual customer experience leaves you frustrated. Collectors deserve better communication, more reasonable expectations, and customer service that treats their concerns seriously.
My advice to fellow collectors: do your research before submitting your cards to PSA. Compare turnaround times, fees, and customer experiences with other grading companies before making your decision. If you value your time, transparency, and responsive customer support, consider your options carefully. Based on my experience, I would have a hard time recommending PSA without serious reservations.
