App has glitches
Downloaded this App several months ago hoping to make reporting unwanted calls easier than having to go through Ms Public Service commission website each time. It does slightly simplify the process, however, the App instantly closes each time I try to add an additional phone number to the list ( number that received unwanted calls) even though there is an ADD ADDITIONAL NUMBERS menu tab. It does not work- closes instantly! I am still receiving unwanted telemarketer calls constantly on my cell and landline despite both being registered for ages on the DO NOT CALL list. Very annoying and frustrating!

Needs more options
The products/service offered drop down does not include all of the throngs I get called and texted about. Packages, unclaimed assets, etc. at least add other and let us type it in.

When submitting a complaint, the app errors out.

Could not complete registration
I kept getting an error message that registration could not be completed that something was wrong with my information. After several attempts I just deleted app. Won’t work anyhow. Spammers and scammers just keep swapping numbers. There is already a do not call list that is worthless.
My telemarketing caps have stopped
Definitely a great tool! I highly recommend downloading. I’ve had the app for several months. I was getting 8-10 telemarketing Calls a day. I don’t get any now.

Effective date after registering
Just downloaded the app, filled in all the blanks and the screen popped up and gave a date of 1/1/05. Not sure where to go and how to let the developers know about this.
Huge Disappointment
Only for direct sales calls, not for modern day finance scams that we actually need a way to report.
I seriously think it works.
I’ve received maybe one unwanted phone call after reporting only two calls. Also, it’s very easy to use once you plug all your information in. It takes less than 30 seconds to file a complaint once everything is set up. Set up takes only a minute or two as well. Very easy and highly recommended. You can report calls or texts.

No Success
IPhone 11.2.2 and previous resulted in error messages. Took great care to fill out all info and really hoped this app would work. No go.

I downloaded app which did not appear on my screens. Went back to download and program appeared ready to take complaint however nothing worked. Great idea but needs work!
Won't open
I downloaded the app. Then tried to open it. It acts like it is going to open, then immediately shuts down. I have never been able to open the app.

I hit submit and the app just freezes, doesn’t even give me a notice that it can’t be submitted, just gets stuck on the submit page.

I downloaded. Went thru sign up process and submitted number. Said I cannot submit until 2018???
Doesn’t work.
Won’t let you submit a complaint unless you pick a service that they offered. I don’t answer unknown phone numbers so basically it’s worthless.
