Don’t use this “bank”
They will steal your money. There was fraudulent charges to my account, which resulted in NSF fees. They refuse to refund me. Or the NSF charges. This bank isn’t legit that’s why you can’t even leave a google review. Closing my account taking my finances elsewhere. In the past two months they have stolen over 300 dollars from me. Putting in a complaint with the BBB.

Refuses to send me a code
I already tried contacting the bank. No help. I literally cannot make an account :)
Alerts don’t work
Tried setting up alerts in multiple different ways. The only one I can get to work is a daily text. Seems like this would be an easy fix/update. I even tried deleting and redownloading the app. Didn’t help

This banking app does not allow a simple notification to alert you when a purchase has been made?!? Only shows when money has been deposited!

App seemingly has stopped working altogether. Constantly freezes and when trying to open app screen remains blue or loads for long periods of time.

I gave this app a 1-star only because I do not have the option to give it anything lower. Don’t waste your time on downloading. Freezes to much and menu option doesn’t work. Why have an app if it doesn’t work.

Bad Start
Bad graphics for this day and age. Also prompts for "Secret". I have my username and password, but I don't know what they want in this box labeled secret. Unable to login. Already deleted and will stick with the website.
For shame that PSCU actually invested in this app. They got ripped off. Ask for your money back PSCU. You might also want to look at replacing your IT Director-he/she is probably in their 80's based on getting suckered in to purchase this software.

Worst ever
This is the worst design ever, it's truly 10 steps backward from the first app. Not user friendly and it lost functionality. Needs to be updated bad.

This is what all the hype was for? Not a good look, not advanced, not even a sleek look. They need to take a look at community choice app! You can't even do E deposit with this app. So behind the time! Disappointed Member!
