PSK31 QSO - how to transmit?
Reading is fine, but now I want to transmit. I could´t figure out how to transmit.
It does work, but it still needs work...
As I review this app, it appears that PSKer (which frankly has better functionality) has stopped working all together since the developer of that app stopped updating it years ago and now that app doesn’t accept audio input (needs permissions fix to be current with iOS).
This app does work, but is a little rough around the edges. I wish it supported landscape mode for the iPad, tagging of waterfalls, and a more intuitive interface.
In short, this is all we have for PSK on iOS right now and...at least it works, but still - wish the app would be updated. I’d gladly pay for it. 73, KI4ASK

No working
Doesn't working well on iOS 11. Throw away to the trash box.
It works, but....
It does work with my Easy Digi by KF5INZ interface. Main problem I have is that you can not change the rotation of the app. I use it with an iPad Pro connected to a keyboard case. The will not display in landscape orientation (sideways), only in portrait mode.
This makes the waterfall display small and I have to use the iPad outside of keyboard case.
If it would display in landscape orientation with a larger waterfall, then I would use it more.

Eh.....well if nothing else
Okay. So I tried this with PSK31 and it works 'okay' but not the greatest. It will not copy PSK63.
It would be great to have something like fldigi for iOS.

Needs major update
Please add support for Apple Watch.
Doesn't do a good job decoding.
Needs ability to transmit as well.

Too Noise Sensitive
Too noise sensitive to really be of any use.
Not the easiest to use
Noise sensitive and difficult to transmit
PSK31App
Works well, as do other apps from the Black Kat team
PSK31
Super !
Great
This is the third App I have purchased from Black Cat . It works very well.
There is one small change I would like to see. The up and down tuning buttons tend to block the display when they are used. These buttons would be better at the bottom of the screen. Excellent value for the price.

Needs more work
These three apps for Ham Radio, RTTY, PSK31, and SSTV would be great, but they each have problems. AND THERE"S NO WAY to contact the developers. I've tried and tried to find a way. There is a public forum, but try as I may, I can not get joined or signed up. No email is returned after registering.
Each of the three apps needs a "CLEAR SCREEN BUTTON" The RTTY app will not send the correct characters. There are other negatives. The concepts are good, but what a annoyance to have paid for these and not be able to get any troubleshooting help or problem reporting.
Don't waste your money ... YET.

Too expensive for receive only app
Its a real shame this app doesn't allow TX. Its UI is very nice although it would be nice to be able to change the font size.
If this app had RX/TX caability, it would be well worth the money. Lets hope there is a free upgrade when Blackcat introduce the TX.

PSK31 - Read Only App
This app's description should make it clear that this app is for Listening to PSK31 radio audio and decoding it to text. It does not generate any output sound/signal for sending to PSK radio for transmission. Or if it does, I haven't figured out how to do it. . .
Etwas teuer
Dekodiert zuverlässig Aussendungen in PSK31. Für den Funktionsumfang etwas teuer.

Tried this app with my veteran Kenwood R600 and it works very well. Had no trouble deciphering 20M sigs.
Great!
Another works as advertised... Ready to buy an upgrade with transmit! Thank you!
Slick!
Works great. Much better at decoding than my previous iPad app.
Runs fine using the speaker and internal microphone but really works well when I plug my iMic USB sound card in to the camera adaptor USB port.
Using it to decode the signal and the ability of the K3 to send PSK with paddles makes for a slick little, computer-less, PSK station.
