Poor service
I visit Gurdaspur only once a year, and every time am here, I experience extremely poor electricity service. Power outages last for 17–18 hours, and sometimes there is no resolution even after 2 days. This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it affects everything, especially the water supply and our entire daily routine.
Today itself, I called multiple helpline numbers several times, but I didn’t receive a proper response from anyone. In fact, one of the staff members even asked me, Why hasn’t the power come back? I mean, seriously? If the people responsible don’t know the reason, how are consumers supposed to know? It honestly feels like the hiring process isn’t being taken seriously.
I request the authorities to treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves. Such long power cuts and poor customer support are unacceptable. Please take immediate action to improve both the electricity service and the response from your staff.

Registration Error
Unable to register with my PSPCL meter account number. It only supports numbers but I have accounts with Alpha-numeric. Frustrating experience.

Where is the option to see solar export units? Old app used to have it all. Even hour wise breakup of the consumption

The most basic and essential feature—daily electricity consumption data—is completely missing or doesn't load. It’s frustrating because the old app worked perfectly and was much more user-friendly. This 'upgrade' feels like a step backward. Please fix the data syncing or just bring back the old interface. Until then, this app is pretty much useless for tracking usage."

No option to show Daily meter reading
No option to show Daily meter reading. It was there is previous app. Also there is no option to register complaint

Thanks to provide new app which provides billed generated information from 01/01/2026 and easy to pay bill but app doesn’t provide all benefits of previous app. More over app and new website both stopped working from yesterday. Kindly do solution.

Add sub account issue in Manage Account when email and phone number are same of both accounts
Actually i am not able to add my another account in PSPCL Consumer App. My both accounts have same credentials(same phone number and same email). When I go for add a another account in primary account in Manage Account. It shows me error like: Consumer is already registered. Please told to your iOS app developer make a check on account number rather than account credentials(Phone number or email) when consumer goes to add sub account in app.

ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲੋਕ ਇਸ ਐਪ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਇਹ ਵਰਕ ਨਹੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਚਿਰ ਤੁਸੀ vpn ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬਿੱਲ ਭਰਨ ਚ ਮਦਦ ਮਿਲੇ ਜਿੰਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਮੀਟਰ ਲੱਗੇ

The original PSPCL app served its purpose even though it looked unaesthetic. Ver2 of the app is aesthetically pleasing but lacks information on supply status.
Complaints option missing
In this new app there’s no complaints option. Also no update for electricity cut is available. Previous app was helpful for consumers
