Sorting
Would be great if the ‘completed’ service records could default to position under records that remain to be served, such that the records requiring action remain on top. Also, I’m not finding in the filter feature an option to sort records by completed or still open. This would also be beneficial.

I have been a user of database services, and now dream built software, since around 2003.
I appreciate the company and their perspective when it comes to doing my job, more efficiently and effectively both in the field and in the office.
This new app after I’ve never used it for several months I must say it’s better by previous mobile app. This is not a refresh, this is a built from the ground up by DBS. As they continue add features to both the application in windows, and for servers in the field, it is always something that I can use.
