PSUSA Ship is the shipping-room app for the Pride Sports USA crew: every league shirt order, tournament shirt order, store order and manager package, from the print file to the doorstep. THE WORK BOARD • Open the app to today's work: jobs to claim, orders waiting to ship, packages on the way and anything that needs a hand • Claim a job, pull the sizes, pack the boxes and mark it done, step by step SHIRTS • League and tournament shirt jobs with the artwork, the sizes and the team colors attached • Color checks warn you before a team gets a repeat or a blocked color • Print files build themselves for the press STORE AND PACKAGES • Store orders with the address and the items; one tap marks an order shipped and emails the player their tracking number • Manager packages, missing uniforms and Get Better cards on the same board SCAN • Point the camera at a UPS or USPS label; the app checks the number and matches it to the order before it saves • Wrong label on the wrong order? It tells you before it ships The crew is notified when a new job lands, when one is assigned to you, when a carrier reports a problem and when the last box is delivered.
