Terrible
From a dealership currently with PSX, I can honestly say look elsewhere for your CRM purposes. Clunky, merging leads without rhyme or reason and terrible support. I actually had one of the trainers say to me “I’m the low-man on the totem pole”.
Clunky and restrictive
The app has decent features but poor design, clunky operation and unintelligent follow up management system. It runs like crap and loads like crap, is confusing and overly complicated to operate and crashes a lot. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
