Great app!
This is so convenient to have access to psychiatric scales on my phone with the ability to email test results! I’d like to see more scales on the app in the future.
Can't contact developer
I downloaded the app on 4 separate iPads, all running up to date software, and it crashes on every single one before it even fully loads. Works on my iPhone just fine. And there's no contact information anywhere for the developer so I can contact and trouble shoot. I really like the app but it's useless if I can't have clients take questionnaires on the iPad I have provided.

In “settings” there is a way to contact me but I’ll brainstorm ways to be more available for app feedback and questions.

Excellent update
I have always loved the usefulness of this app but now it’s even better with more scales. The aesthetics are visually appealing and make the app intuitive and easy to use.

Excellent app with the most common mental health assessments I need and more. Very well made, easy to use and even includes links to the primary literature in addition to a concise “cheat sheet” on how to use and interpret the assessment.
Great tool for primary care
This app puts in my hands many psych assessment scales which I use regularly. Implemented well with lots of nice touches. Keep up the good work.

Just what I needed!
Too often do mental health apps fail the "practical world test". This app passes with flying colors. Its ease of use surpasses other clinical scale apps I have tested. I cannot wait to see what the author has in store next for tracking client outcomes.
