I have to constantly delete and redownload the game, It’s just consistently down

Psych! app completely unresponsive on iPhone.

The app installs normally and opens to the Welcome screen, but none of the buttons work. I cannot tap "Start a Game," "Join a Game," or "Redeem" - nothing happens when I tap them.
I have already:
• Deleted Psych! from my iPhone.
• Confirmed that * was completely removed from ...one Storage.

• Reinstalled it from the App Store.
• Force-closed and reopened the app.
• Checked that Screen Time restrictions are OFF.
• Checked iCloud Backup and iCloud storage, and Psych! is not listed there.
• Checked the App Store for an available update, and there isn't one.
The problem still occurs immediately after reinstalling app. Can’t reach Warner Brothers.. it’s says item not found. Rest of my family members can still use except me. I have spent endless hours working on this

Will not let you play

Bought pretty much every pack and have not been able to play the game for a couple years. The game launches and loads, after loading the screen becomes grey and it will not respond to anything. Been a problem for many people, no one has posted any solutions for this. Game breaking bug
