About
Psychflex helps you keep working on what matters to you, also outside your sessions. The app was developed by Steven C. Hayes, PhD, originator of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and co-developer of Process-Based Therapy, and ACT master trainer Gijs Jansen, MSc.
Your therapist, coach or practitioner chooses from a library of real-world-tested programs and exercises, crafted by experts, and sends you exactly what you need. The app is free for you to use.
A moment for yourself, every day
Today shows right away what's waiting for you: new exercises, a personal message from your practitioner and where you left off last time. Notifications let you know as soon as there's something new.
Practice at your own pace
Listen to audio exercises, even with your screen off, watch videos and read texts to keep going at home.
Discover what matters to you
Interactive ACT exercises help you reflect on your values:
• Discover your values with a card game
• Map the obstacles around your values
• Choose small steps to live your values
• Two sides of the same coin
• Thoughts on cards
Keep track of how you're doing
Fill in the questionnaires your practitioner prepares for you. Your answers reach your practitioner, so together you can see what works best for you.
Everything in one place
Your timeline holds all your exercises. Save your favorites in your own collections, so you find them again quickly.
Psychflex supports your treatment and does not replace professional help. If you need urgent help, contact your doctor or your local emergency services.
