Support svcs is the WORST

It’s really sad because the psychics on here most of them are really good, but my original account all of a sudden disappeared all my prior reading got over 2 years gone, I’ve contacted support services several times for help, no luck and now you can’t even contact support thru the app. You hit the menu that is supposed to take you there so I can get to my prior ticket and it boots you out of the app. Needless to say I will no longer be using this app
