I was enjoying the app until…
I was enjoying this app until it stopped letting me log in over a month ago. Every time I try to log in, it says “Account Anomaly.” It really upsets me because I had had over 90 days of continuous logins and I can’t use the credits that I had accumulated now. I’m also upset because I can’t view my previous readings because of this. There’s no way to contact support either. I would like my account fixed so I can get back in.

Running streak
For an expensive app, you would think they would look after their customers. I had a nearly 6-month running streak which would have earned me a large reward. Due to no fault of my own, the streak was lost and I had proof of why I was unable to access the app. Customer service was slow and failed to compensate accordingly, offering only three free minutes, which was nowhere near the reward I would have received. I also contacted customer service by email and received no response.
