Admin can plan and assign any jobs to courier on the backend system.  Warehouse's staff can use this app to pack and sort parcel. Courier can use this app to plan their route and then deliver parcel to recipient. Courier can use this app to chat with call center if any issues or troublesome. Admin can use this app to view daily report.
