Great App.
We moved our whole tribe from PT minder a couple of weeks ago face to face and also online couldn’t be happier so far. Melony is always there very quickly via the chat feature to help with any issues you have.

I switched to PT mate a few months ago and I wish I had done it sooner. It’s the best software available for PTs. What I love the most is the support team are always there to help are are exceptional! Always find you a resolution and always get back to you when they say they will. The app is constantly being developed with new useful features always coming out to suit any business model. It’s fantastic value for what you pay! Aussie owned which is also a plus for me. You made the right choice
Gotta say, out of all the apps out there, this is the best one I’ve come across by far! I don’t have time to figure out how apps work just to run my business, and this made it so easy to just download and start. The customer service is also super quick! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
A most essential business tool
I recently converted to PT Mate from another PT app and am absolutely loving it! Not only that, our members love it too and are finding it far more user friendly than the previous software that we we’re using. Annnnd, it’s cheaper! Annnnd, it’s Aussie based and the support is exceptional!
I’m still poking around, learning the system, setting up forms and so on, but there’s nothing to complain about thus far. Well done to all who have put in the effort on this one. 😀

Best PT APP ON THE MARKET.
I have been using PTMATE for close to a year.
The App is very easy to use for business owner and clients alike.
From a billing viewpoint its clean and simple and fees are very reasonable.
With regards to planning classes either group or 1 on 1 the software’s capabilities is far superior to any other on the market place.
The ability to track clients progress, birthdays, payments is a breeze. I honestly think that PTMATE has saved me 2 hours per day of administration.
The support you get from Mel and her team is very professional and they always get back to you – always!
Can’t imagine running my studio without PTMATE.

I just saw someone say they don’t rate a lot of apps and I thought.... yep that’s me as I’m not super tech savvy.
But PT Mate definitely deserves me working out how to rate and review.
I have a PT business and have been using another book in and payment app which was very expensive and very confusing.
PT mate has taken the stress of managing my clients, their payments and keeps providing more features like session programming!
All of this and more for a very affordable price!
Great customer service and cannot rate this app highly enough.
If you are a PT, gym, fitness industry business you need this app!!!!!

Super easy and convenient
I don’t review apps a lot but as a keen gym goer and an ex PT, this app deserves the 5 stars I gave it!! It’s just so easy to use, super versatile and convenient for both the client and the trainer! Keep track of your programs, use the timer, contact your PT or client... it does it all. And there is also a library of all movements and you can add your owns to it (as a PT)! And these are only a few features.

This is a great app! Easy to use, with fab customer service. I have been training with Mel for almost two years and I love working with her because she challenges me and pushes me in a very safe way. It is really useful to been able to book the sessions via the app, track my progress, and check out in advance what “torture” awaits me😉

Awesome App
This app is great! Super easy to use and set up. So many features that are perfect for what I need to run my business. The little extras on this app make it program, communicate with members, and run sessions smoothly. My members are loving tracking their own progress and booking into sessions.
Great Training Tool
My PT has started using this App and it’s the perfect way to organise our sessions. Not just booking my time slots, but also for me to be able too see what my training is going to be so I can prepare, practice and ultimately communicate.
Happy client
As a client, PT Mate has been absolutely fantastic. I can communicate with my PT on the app, see what sessions are available and suitable to me, and before a private session I can access my program. Following from my sessions with my trainer I can track my progress and see previous workouts! This is the way of the future.
