The Service is very poor i made a complaint more then 10 time but i am overseas and my 120 days period is almost finished but the didn’t Fixed the my Complaint

After entering all the details, when it comes to entering OTP, it says the link is down. I tried multiple times in different timings with same result. I came to Pakistan 1.5 weeks ago and my phone stopped working whereas overseas Pakistanis who are on vacations can use their cellphones for 3 months I think. Very disappointed and frustrating experience with PTA and their App

Complete waste of time wouldn’t bother even trying to contact PTA they’ve made it difficult so you pay the taxes even if you’re a foreigner national who should have his phone unlocked for 120 days on each visit

There is no new update in the App Store, but the app will not continue opening but redirect to App Store to update. Developers surely don’t want anyone to use. Also, what’s with the app name: pk.gov.pta.cms ??

The app is not working. it just open a boank white screen. I closed the app and restarted the app several times but it doesn’t change anything.

There is no way to attach pictures
There is no way to attach mobile pictures. It only takes pictures from phones “files” app. Kindly update. We are using phone there is only one option of photos that is camera.
Very poorly made application
I had a worst experience with this application. Can’t upload anything to share proof. Procedures are same old and cumbersome. Pathetic website. Giving this feedback after using it
