I’d keep this calm and not argue about the pricing. Acknowledge the expectation mismatch and explain the value briefly. Thanks for the honest feedback. We understand that pricing is an important factor, especially when users expect a more limited free version with ads. Our app includes limited free access so users can try the quizzes and explanations before upgrading, and the paid plans help support ongoing question updates, explanations, app improvements, and customer support. That said, we appreciate you sharing this perspective and will keep it in mind as we continue reviewing our pricing and free-access options. Hi! We're sorry for any confusion but our app isn't free. There is a lot of free content on the internet, but we pay our editors a lot of money to make these questions and content the best out there. We do offer a limited number of free questions as well as a 7 day trial you can cancel at any time. We're also happy to offer you longer trials if you'd like to reach out to us at support@eztestprep.com. But we can promise our questions and app are better than any free content out there.
