Unable to log in on laptop

I purchased a paid subscription to Language Academy for PTE preparation and signed in using my Apple ID on my iPhone. However, when I try to log in on my Windows 7 laptop, I am unable to access my account, and it keeps asking me to use Apple. There is no clear guidance on how to access my existing subscription on another device.

Pte

I gave my PTE exam and got my desired score! I had a great experience with LA Academy. I took 3 one-to-one sessions with Kamaldeep and also used their learning portal for practice. The strategies and writing structure were really helpful while still allowing me to use my own ideas. The portal questions were also really good, and some were similar to what I got in my exam.

Even if you’re self-learning, you can still have doubts about whether you’re doing things the right way. The one-to-one sessions helped me understand where I was, what I had learned, and what I needed to improve. They also really boosted my confidence. Highly recommend LA Academy!

Dr. Afreen LA

I had the opportunity to attend a demo class with Dr. Afreen, and I was genuinely impressed by her teaching style, knowledge, and especially her willingness to help. She explains everything clearly and gives very realistic and practical guidance rather than making false promises.

What impressed me the most is that even though I am not currently taking coaching with her, she has always been kind enough to reply to my questions and guide me whenever I need help — whether it’s early in the morning or late at night. Her dedication and genuine concern for students really stand out.

She is extremely supportive, approachable, and honest in her guidance. I truly appreciate the time and effort she puts into helping students, even when she doesn’t have to. I would highly recommend Dr. Afreen to anyone looking for genuine guidance and quality support for their PTE preparation.

Overall 90

Got my desired score in PTE Core, and I’m very thankful to Language Academy and especially my tutors, Sana and Parneet, for helping me throughout my preparation.
Sana and Parneet were both amazing teachers and, more importantly, they genuinely cared about my progress. They took a personal interest in my preparation, understood where I was struggling, and patiently worked with me to improve those areas. They were always supportive, approachable, and willing to explain things again whenever I needed help. Sana mam’s tips, feedback, and exam strategies were really useful and gave me much more confidence going into the exam. I truly felt that they wanted me to succeed and were putting in extra effort to make sure I was well prepared.
My PTE Core score also boosted my CRS score for Express Entry, bringing me one step closer to my immigration goals.
A big thank you to SANA, Parneet, and the entire Language Academy team for their efforts and encouragement. I highly recommend them to anyone preparing for PTE Core—you’ll definitely be in good hands! ❤️

Thank you for such a detailed review! 🙏 Great to hear the live sessions and templates worked well for you — and Sana Ma'am will love this. Congratulations on your scores!

Scam

Beware of unfair auto-subscription practices. They automatically deducted 2 months' renewal without any prior notice or reminder after my plan ended. When I cancelled and asked for my money back, they flat out denied the refund. The entire system seems designed to trap users into paying without consent. It feels like a total scam—be extremely careful with your card details.

We're sorry about this experience. Auto-renewal is managed through your app store subscription, but we'd like to review your case directly — please email us at support@languageacademy.com.au with your registered ID and we'll look into it.
