Excellent

I love Dr. Muss approach to treating PTSD. His training was so helpful and this app is a valuable resource

The original Rewind

This app is Dr David Muss’ Rewind technique (available to all but maybe best for therapists’ use alongside therapy sessions). I find it’s great to have all you need to do a Rewind, including PTSD test materials in one place, in one simple app. I use it a lot and recommend it all the time.

Unbelievable positive change

I’ve been struggling with symptoms of PTSD for over 17 years! This technique has changed my life.
I couldn’t believe how quick and simple such a huge change could be. I never thought it possible.
I revisit the technique using the app whenever I start to feel uneasy, or if something triggers memories.
Try it, you won’t believe it!
