When it works, it’s ok…
This app has become increasingly problematic. It stops refreshing the camera feeds with no warning and stops controlling the camera. Considering we use these cameras for livestreaming, it *needs* to work. Camera movements and switches need to be immediate

Unbelievably bad. Cannot maintain a connection. Constantly crashing. Gave up and just went back to the switcher.
Can’t get more than camera A configured
Camera setup GUI is a mess. After setting one camera, switching to second ends up with camera one settings on top of what should be empty settings. It’s hosed at that point.
Change dip sw 4
I was having no luck with this app, but got it working; presets, zoom, etc. I have the Ethernet cable from the router plugged into the DVIP port on the camera. However, if dip switch 4 on the bottom of the PTC-280 is OFF, it will look for commands on the RS422 port. I flipped it ON and the camera started responding as expected.
