When I tried to receive my crate it said error and that instructions had been sent to my email no instructions were ever sent to my email and apparently if you don’t take your reward in time it expires. What a waste of my time

Actually Works
I have been using the app for a few weeks, while at first there were errors loading the app, they eventually went away. I have gotten many items that I enjoy using. For the people complaining about timing, I would recommend planning in advance for when you can receive the prize. I also recommend trying to figure out how to use the app before trying to win to avoid confusion with getting your prize.

Free but glitchy
I got this and I’m happy with the free stuff but they tell you they will send your item in 4 hours but it doesn’t always and it sends in the middle of the night and their policy where you have to get the item within four hours so it sends and expires within the time I am asleep... contacted support but it was slow and when they replied it was just to tell me that they weren’t going to give me the item.
But I HAVE gotten items from this before and it’s free so I give it 3 stars

So I've had all of this developers apps before with the free skins... The actual system within the game is fine, odds may be very low to get anything because it is completely free, but I think we are all fine with that. What I'm giving this review for the fact that whoever runs this continually never wants to admits his mistakes. What I mean by this is that the way you withdraw your skins is broken. When you pull a skin, it tells a random, horrible bot to send you the skin whenever it feels. AND with that, you only have 4 hours to claim (really around 3 and a half cause the second time they swiped it eay before 4 hours) Two times I have reveived my trade offer at 2:30-3:30 in the morning and not been able to claim it. The first time, the app USED to say you'd get your skin within 4 hours (not at all when i got it) and was changed. Both times i have talked to the developer telling him the problem and asking for any sort of compensation for something that is uncontrollable on my end. Both times the developer has shot me down saying it was my fault and to check back more often (when I'm asleep?). Good app, horrible people running it.
