App crashes when I try to read a book I've purchased.

Horrible app. Never works , always crashes. Insane security retrieval system from the Stone Age. Interesting concept terrible execution. Don’t bother.

It has an error message it needs to be fixed balance amount always says 0 and error message when refreshing plz fix
