DOES NOT WORK
Nothing but issues. My name was randomly changed last year to a male name so then I couldn’t log in. I emailed them to fix the issue and got no resolution. My phone number has now been deleted so I can’t collect point and I can never actually get the app to work. Useless. Literally the most useless app known to man

Fix the app. It’s doesn’t work! Had to pay extra for dinner coz the app doesn’t work. Can’t sign in or sign up, reset password, nothing. Oops something went wrong.. yeah your app went wrong

What a waste of time and effort multiple attempts to sign up using a variety of ways but nothing works.

After several attempts at logging in and resetting password it comes up with an error. Annoying! Not worth the time and effort. Will request a physical card
App very unreliable, support doesn’t respond.
After multiple attempts we were able to create an account. Since then logging into app provides a connection error. Tried to contact support but no one ever responds.

Can’t even sign in
Worst app ever. It doesn’t even work. Website makes you use the app. Go round in circles. Gave up.
Terrible
This app is terrible after multiple attempts of trying to reset password and login it still doesn’t work. Would not recommend downloading this until they fix the bugs. You can’t link your card to your account and it’s a waste of time. Ask the bar staff for a temporary physical card until the issue is fixed so you still collect points/ discount.

Won’t even let me make an account I put all my details and the continue button never shows up, I’ve emailed their help over a month ago and never got a response.

Literally one of the worst apps I've ever used. Sign up does not work, took over 50 tries before it worked. Login does not work, keeps saying something went wrong. Reset password does not work, sends the email

Can't log in says email not found, can't join because it won't let you pass the sign up page. Surely in 2025 this can't be happening. Apps in 3rd world countries work better.

As above in the title. The company that brought my local and gave us this stupendous app. Please Please for the love of God stop putting us( your customer) and your staff through you incompetance
