I downloaded the app and expected there to be in app purchases because nothing is free and so I paid the $9.99 for the premium and then program didn’t even work. It would say it was converting but didn’t do anything. I’m so irritated and disappointed and now I’m out almost $10.

This app is trash and doesn’t work! The first time you open it, it looks like it is going to convert, asks you if you want to pay the $10 for instant conversions for life and the moment you pay, it crashes and will never covert document!
$9.99 and doesn’t work! Don’t buy!
This app is completely useless. It cost $9.99 to supposedly convert .pub documents/files into PDF but it never works. I have tried over 10 times and nothing. I doubt I will even be given a refund. I needed to view my wedding ceremony documents and instead I have wasted over an hour on this, paid for a service that doesn’t work and still can’t see what will be said at my own ceremony. Awful!!!

Doesn’t work with OneDrive
Every time I tried to select from OneDrive in the app, it would close down. Every time I attempted to open a file from OneDrive in this app, it would also close down. Doesn’t work at all.

Nothing Happens
Tried to convert 6 different files, and nothing happens! I stupidly paid the $9.99 and was totally ripped off! 🥲. DO NOT waste your $$$$! Would like a refund! Would give it zero stars!!

Poor design
The app asked me to sign into my google drive. Then showed no files and left me with no way to do anything including log out of my google account!
Waiting two hours and still “converting…”
Received a .PUB file and just wanted to try this app. It said to stay on the app and may take 30-60 minutes. I went away for two hours and it still says “converting…”. I quit.

I paid the $9.99 for the Publisher to Pdf app and nothing works. I have followed directions but nothing works. I tried to go to support and it said to install the free app. They do not work. I want to know how to get my money back since they have no contact available.

I got this a week ago and today I get a email saying they got permission to use my google account and I never agreed to that so unless you want your information stolen don’t get this app!!!!!!!

When you are sent a .pub file and you click on it, you have the choice to open it with this app, but if you do, the app crashes immediately. So if you open the app, you get a choice to purchase the converter for $10., or wait “60-90 minutes” for the conversion. That’s pretty chintzy!

Convert .pub files to pdf
I paid $9.99 for this app. It did nothing. Every time I tried to get a file from my One Drive or Dropbox, the app would automatically close and nothing was done. Very disappointed but don’t know how to get my money back.
Would have rated zero stars if possible
The app won’t open, regardless of the way I try to access it. The few times it does open it immediately closes. Don’t waist your time .
