Difficult to make purchases
The previews available for adult videos are disappointing because they are very short and do not give a precise idea about the content of specific videos.
Some free video samples do no work at all when downloaded or viewed online. This can be frustrating as you cannot determine whether or not you will line the content.
This being said, I will continue to buy adult products.

sorry for the inconvenience, the content provider make the content be protection, so the video epub book only playback on our applicaiton, if you have any playback issues please tap the issue reporting on the right top conner in the book reader, after that please long press this book and then release storeage , after that please redownload this book and enjoy it, if you have any question please contact us with email service@pubu.com.tw

Cannot play any ePub videos on the app anymore
I have trouble playing all ePub videos that I’ve purchased and downloaded on the app. Is there any way this can be solved? Thanks.

Try the following steps: 1. Open App switcher and close all background Apps except Pubu to save memory space. 2. Go back to Pubu and tap Sidemenu, My Content, long press the product cover for about 2 seconds. 3. Tap the trash can at the bottom, choose Clean Storage Space of Books. 4. Go back to My Content again. 5. Tap the product cover to re-download and read again. 6. If issue is not resolved, please contact us with email service@pubu.com.tw
