Non responsive horrible customer service
I waited almost 2 months , for an answer to a time sensitive problem. I wrote about 8 times and the only response I received ( about halfway through) was a canned " this was received too late and will be responded to tomorrow" type of response, and never was. I am very upset as my question was regarding, could the person I gave my watch to ( I had been usung) access my texts? It was given to a grandchild and has been a source of concern for me for the past 2 months , with no response. I will now probably have to get it back from him ( which will not be pleasant) rather than be concerned forever about my privacy. But I cannot get them to respond !!!!!

Notifications
I love this app and my watch, I just wish there was a notification specifically for Snapchat. There’s ones for instagram and Facebook but no Snapchat. I’d love for there to be an update to add that into it!

The step counter is a bit broken so is the message and maybe just fix it with an update please fix the app and the watch

Weather is inaccurate
I added location, I reset my iPhone weather data. I deleted the PubuFit app, and reset the data. For example, the weather shows 0° or it’s a different location that says 85° Haze, when mine is showing 80° Clear
Better than Omron for Data Analytics
I once had an Omron because it was considered number one over Polar. I received my watch through a sponsorship program for accurate reviews. I’ve made many complaints against other companies in which they tried to chase me down via social media. I give honest reviews and compare real competitors. I am excited to use this watch and software for a very long time and can’t wait to see what’s next when it comes time to replace in the future.

App rating
Hard to find things in the app that I want to change and when you press reset on the watch it reset everything on the app as well as on the watch which is really annoying as I then have to switch back to all the customised changes I had made before.
Watch faces
The watch is comfortable, and is everything I expected to to be, I js feel like you should be able to make a picture from your camera roll a watch face and I feel like the way the icons and stuff on the watch should be more modern and the messages should not be as so old like
Dear creators,
My watch has a swimming thing on it and I took it in the water to try it out and it full on broke and now it won’t turn on. This watch was expensive and it’s a flipping scam. Now my parents are going to be mad and me and they will yell at me because your stupid watch freaking broke. WHAT A SCAM!!!
More weather?
I’d love to see more than just the one watch face showing weather. The one design is okay but I’d like to switch it up at times and this curtails that for myself.

I love the app!It it amazing there’s one thing though…When I turn my phone off all the way to go to school it still doesn’t get messages.If that makes sense but technically I would say that’s asking for a lot.And that very well could be on my phone fault.But over all I give it a 4 because there’s always room to improve!LOVE YALL THANKS,😘🫶🏼🙃🤣🥰🙂

Not connecting
I’ve had this watch and app for a while and there have been no issues. Now, it’s not connecting to my watch and I can’t sync the app to my device. Really odd and annoying.

My watch has always worked for me but for the last 3 weeks I have had a problem reconnecting my watch.that is the only reason why I gave this 2 stars
Bad product for US
Wants to use metric system, starts your sleep at 10:00 even if you go to sleep at 9 or 11. Steps count just stops working, have to reset.
Watch died after swimming
I really liked this watch and I would swim with it and take showers with is but after a second time in the pool it would not turn on, I only had this watch for about two months. The owner said she would replace it in July and I have sent a couple emails asking where it is since it is now September, and I get no reply every time.

Love This Watch
Alas, the first one only lasted 10 months, but I liked it so much I just bought a second one!
I never expected to wear a watch at night, but I love the sleep function, and the readout the next day is usually spot on my own perception of how I slept. I also love being able to check the time if I wake up.
I’m recovering from an injury, so I originally bought it to give me a way to track my steps and rebuild my endurance. The step counter works great!
One function I never thought I’d use is the tiny flashlight, but I use it constantly! It’s great for a little light on the way to the bathroom or to read a thermostat or see a keyhole in the dark.
Another function I love is the countdown timer! It’s great if you use the pomodoro technique (working in increments with breaks in between), or you just want to do a 15 minute cleanup, or you need to remember to leave in an hour. You can also set up to 3 alarms each day, or an hourly reminder to MOVE.
Anyway, for the price of this watch, I’m amazed at how much it does. The battery life is great, although it does decline over time. When mine first one died, I bought another one— pretty much says it all.
