Did a trial and cancelled and still got charged - resolved.
Updated to 3 stars due to developers response and my ability to get a refund.
I liked the idea of the app but it was not exactly what I was looking for plus not a fan of annual subscriptions.

Hello, I am sorry but this must be some kind of misunderstanding. Is it possible that you accidentally enabled the annual plan which has no trial? I will try to make the trial stand out more so cases like this don't happen again. All purchases are done through Apple, I definitely do not have intention nor ability to scam you as you can just refund any purchases immediately. Again, very sorry for inconvenience. Love the app, very nice design with a cute mascot, the AI bot gives helpful answers, and the list of espresso machines is very helpful. Will certainly be using this with my morning routine!
