Very helpful app
This app is great. I never have to worry about missing our recycling date because I can check the app to make sure when it will be. Always has updated information on the home page and I don’t have to hunt for it. Would highly recommend it.

The app and the text reminders are such a helpful resource! I’d like to see the pickup dates for big items, that happened quarterly, also posted with the number of items allowed. There seems to always be confusion in my neighborhood about it.

Recycling
We moved from California and we had garbage, recycling and green waste pickup every week! This once a month recycling pick up is killing us. Every 2 weeks would be perfect instead of every month. If you are serious about recycling you should make it more often and prevent recyclables going into the trash.

We missed recycling pick up at least 7 times last year!! The reminders are so helpful, our recycling has been out and has been picked up since getting the app. I’m glad I got this app.
