Stuck on Ads
Lots of ads that you can’t seem to discard. Even when you have won a level and want to open a prize box it won’t let you and ads keep popping up preventing you claiming your prize.
Good game
But way too any ads. You spend more time watching ads than actually playing game.
Fix bug
To win you must not allow gray balls to fall into bucket. At least 4 times the beginning screen does not have any gray balls. They are red yellow or blue but no gray. It’s a bug you need to fix.
It is addicting, but...
I love the various challenges, the harder the better but you don't provide enough moves. It always falls short of one move so the game ends. The biggest annoyance is after finishing a streak, there is a gift box for our efforts, but you have to watch an annoying video to get the gift. I wouldn't mind watching any video but why do they have to be over a minute long? I've been declining the gift because of the long videos.

Try fixing the problems instead of the icon
Noticed that the icon changed, so I figured someone might be “maintaining” this. Turns out that was wishful thinking. Icon changed, sure. New ad provider code, probably. Bugs? Nah! Massively negative league ranks? Still there. Impossible to complete “Get idle coins” daily quest? Yep, that’s there too. I’m not going to bother playing long enough to find out, but I suspect that balls touching bombs through some pins and detonating them, explosions pushing balls all the way out of the top of a level, and balls balancing on top of obstacles are all still there too.

This game sucks it is way to easy and there are way to many adds and all of that fun stuff they show in the adds is not there at all.

I have been stuck since Saturday. I played one game about 30 times. I got no points. Took me to where I got stuck. Please fix it again!!! How do I get ahold of someone instead of here!! Please help!!

Sometimes on a Saturday with pull the pins it gets stuck for a day or two I can not play. Other than that I love the game. It is calming!!
Sound
Sound setting is off but ads still have audio. And it’s impossible to figure out how to close the ad. 🙄

Great Game. I am on lvl. 494, and I used to be diamond. This game is so fun and simple to play - easy 5 stars
Fun but a bit annoying
1-Have no clue to put in a custom username.
2-Why do I always end up at the bottom when I spend my time getting to the highest level, perhaps it’s Diamond. After it resets for everyone, I end up back at Bronze and start all over again.
3-I have so many coins but where can I spend them. It would be nice to use some of it for extra turns! So many times when I do those “Boss” levels, Come up short. What’s the point of having all these coins if I can’t use them.
4-Getting bored with the game due to the previous 3 items I mention.
