Sometimes on a Saturday with pull the pins it gets stuck for a day or two I can not play. Other than that I love the game. It is calming!!

Sound setting is off but ads still have audio. And it’s impossible to figure out how to close the ad. 🙄

Great Game. I am on lvl. 494, and I used to be diamond. This game is so fun and simple to play - easy 5 stars
Fun but a bit annoying
1-Have no clue to put in a custom username.
2-Why do I always end up at the bottom when I spend my time getting to the highest level, perhaps it’s Diamond. After it resets for everyone, I end up back at Bronze and start all over again.
3-I have so many coins but where can I spend them. It would be nice to use some of it for extra turns! So many times when I do those “Boss” levels, Come up short. What’s the point of having all these coins if I can’t use them.
4-Getting bored with the game due to the previous 3 items I mention.

ISSUE!
I like this game; it requires a little thought. The issue I’m having is with the bonus rounds, the ones with bunches of bombs in them. I play these routinely, but well over 50% of the time, I reach the final pull, and the pin just freezes. Freezes, as in will not budge to give me the win. It’s annoying to make it all the way through and not get a reward. Can we fix this?

Game has potential. But it’s too easy and the graphics leave a lot to be desired.
Color ball challenges (yellow balls to yellow bucket / blue to blue) are a guessing game sometimes because the buckets are both green. If you don’t “guess” properly, you fail.

I paid $7.99 for no ads but still seeing them. I deleted the game and asked for a refund. Don’t waste your time or money on that!
The game stops being challenging after a while. Even at the top Diamond league they’re still pretty easy.

Relaxing NOT!
Requests to download the same game repeatedly, other games repeatedly, etc. Excessive! This happens after each round. More time is spent trying to get out of these loops than is spent playing this rather remedial game.

I love pull the pen most puzzles are easy but some are hard l don’t like the ads though

When I am doing one of the towers that have multi levels, the last pin will not come out and I am unable to finish the game!
Terrible Customer Service
Cannot contact them or get support. Had my iPhone reset to factory settings and had to re-log into game. It has me back at the beginning and years of building up everything is gone.
