A joke
This must be a joke. Almost all the things you need in order to review PRs are only possible with the Pro version. You can't even see the diff! Nor the conversation.
The pro version is far to expensive for my taste. It's more expensive than a bitbucket account, almost the price of O365 Business basic, 60% of the price of Jira.
I removed the app immediately because it is useless.

Good but needs improvement before I buy
I am absolutely in love with the concept of a desktop app that can help me keep on top of my team's pull requests.
Specifically, I love:
1. "Partcipated" -- helps me keep track of pull requests that I've requested changes on, those changes were made.
2. Splitting the Discussion and File Changes sections. LOVE that I can have access to both. Not even BitBucket can do this without a lot of scrolling or a second duplicate browser tab.
However, I've noticed the following opportunities:
1. File Changes screen diffs are almost always too large to render. This may be a team-specific issue, and not just an app-related issue, but it would be nice if the app could render it. Even if it were some sort of iframe of our BitBucket instance, I would be happy.
2. "Add Comment" button, I cannot access via keyboard. Requires me to touch my mouse.
3. Please let me search pull requests. Either title, author, or description. Those would make fine filter and sort options as well.
4. Let me know at a glance if I've already reviewed a Pull Request. Right now, I only gain that insight by clicking the "Review" pull-down and seeing if the word says "Approve" or "Unapprove"
I have cancelled my Pullwalla subscription (again), and am waiting for these features before I subscribe again.
You're on to something. Just not a good fit right now.

No Functionality
The comments do not load, you cannot view diffs side by side, and the PR description is tiny. You are better off using github UI.
Cannot connect to Bitbucket Server
Very impressed with developer responsiveness in adding context-path support. I want to love this app, but still cannot get it to work. While it no longer complains about context paths during setup, it still refuses to accept the personal access tokens I generate. It just keeps saying โPlease verify your token is correct for the URLโ. Still cannot even connect to my server.

Almost perfect
Still gets five stars from me. This is a lifesaver for active BitBucket or GitHub projects with large teams. I just wish it would show how many approvals have been granted on a pull request. Then I wouldn't have to click into PRs so much just to see if I got enough of them.
Works great
Great having a local app with all my PRs consolidated. The app is straightforward and does exactly what it says it does.
non-functional! do not download
The Pull Request Viewer goes into an endless loop. This application has no functionality.
