Pay out issue
I have played this game a few times and I have never received my payout on my PayPal and I have withdrew twice and nothing has been received in my account I wish I could contact someone to fix this please. I can’t seem to fond a customer service number or email or anything. If anyone knows how to help let me know please

SCAMM!!!
I deposited money, ripped some packs and thought I got lucky enough with a 50$ card, I sold it and initiated a withdraw process that has been a month now. I have reached out to their “support” which is just a simple google survey and they do not respond. Please save your time and money and use an actual app or website that isn’t a scam.

Terrible customer support and response time
Terrible app to be running your money through. Won over $7,000 and stopped playing to cash it all out over time, and that’s another thing. Only a $200 limit every 24 hours. But somebody accessed my account unauthorized and lost all my winnings. Been trying to contact support through any means necessary to recover it. About 13 or 14 attempts to remedy the situation and no response over close to two weeks. But they sure did let me know when those withdrawals came through. Even had the email say “if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!” Terrible experience.

Card not shipped
I won a card 3 weeks ago and had it shipped, but it has been sitting as pre-transit ever since. I have had a difficult time reaching anyone at Pullz. I have sent numerous emails and have heard nothing back. Could someone please reach out to me.

I was skeptical about using this app at first because I seen bad reviews on Reddit claiming they never received their payout but thought I’d give it a try anyways. I started with $10 and managed to work my way up to $260 pulling cards and the withdrawal process was easy and fast I got my payout in less than 12 hours to PayPal! Only thing I’d suggest is having a direct payout to bank account or debit card!
