Bad model
They make it seem like you’ll pull cards that are of value if your money. Everything comes back way less than what you spent. Then shipping costs more than the value of the cards, and you have limited time to have them shipped or you loose the cards. Worst money spent. Would not recommend.
You seen the AD’s, Heard people talk about it and wondered if it was true!?
hell yeah it is, you may not get 10 cards per pack but your chances of making money back or equivalent is what makes it amusing! Not having to drive to the store for a $5 to get nothing, when I can get a GRADED card for $5 if luck comes around! All around the app is amazing, could potentially add special events or promo packs only available for a certain time that aim for buyers to get certain cards from certain era/sets. (Mainly speaking for pokemon, but idea can be taken for all)

First pack guarentee is false marketing
I wanted to share my experience with Stadium Vault for anyone considering trying their online Pokémon/card pack ripping service.
Stadium Vault advertises a first-rip guarantee where, if your first pulled card is worth less than the price of the pack, they will offer to buy the card back for at least what you paid for the pack (up to a $100 pack).
I purchased a $100 pack specifically because of that guarantee.
My first pull was valued at approximately $53, meaning it was well below the $100 I paid. However, I did not receive the $100 guaranteed buyback that I was expecting based on their advertised first-rip guarantee.
That was extremely disappointing because the guarantee was a major reason I felt comfortable spending $100 in the first place.
I’m posting this as a warning to other collectors: document everything before purchasing. Screenshot the promotion, the pack price, your pull, the stated market value, and the buyback offer you actually receive.
Based on my experience, the advertised guarantee did not work the way I expected it to.
I’ve contacted/will be contacting Stadium Vault to give them an opportunity to correct the issue, and I’ll update this post if they resolve it.
Buyer beware, especially if the “risk-free” first pack guarantee is the reason you’re considering spending the money.
Has anyone else had this happen with Stadium Vault?
