PULS Alive

PULS is a daily check-in for the person who would worry if you went quiet. Enter your name and the email/Phone number of someone you trust. Each day, tap the button once. If you have Premium, a short walk can check you in for you: 50 steps since midnight are enough, and the app records the check-in when you open it. If a check-in does not happen, that person receives an email/SMS on the third day after your last check-in. Premium adds two things. You can save your contact’s mobile number, and that person is also notified by SMS. And you do not have to tap the button yourself every day. PULS does not use your location.
